Questions our clients often ask.
Which Microsoft 365 plan does our company need?
For up to 300 users, the Business plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) are usually enough. Business Premium is a good fit for most mid-sized companies thanks to Intune, Entra ID P1 and Defender for Business. Above 300 users, the Enterprise plans come into play. After the assessment, we’ll show you where you can save.
How long does a migration take?
It depends on the number of users and the amount of data. After the assessment, we give you a detailed schedule. The migration runs in stages, so daily work carries on.
Where is our data stored?
Under Microsoft’s EU Data Boundary, data of European customers is stored and processed within the European Union. We set up access controls and logging.
Can we keep our on-premises servers?
Yes. Hybrid setups are common: some systems stay on-site, others move to the cloud. With Azure Arc, on-premises servers can be managed from the same console.
