Privacy Notice

Effective: 21 September 2026

This notice covers the processing of personal data in connection with the tredit.hu website, enquiries sent to us through it, and the use of our support portal. It does not cover processing carried out under contracts with our clients (service agreements, data processing agreements).

The website is hosted by Versanus Informatikai és Szolgáltató Kft. (Mura utca 4. 9/7., 1138 Budapest, Hungary; company registration number: 01-09-738703; tax number: 13504786-2-41; email: support@versanus.eu). The servers that serve the website are located in Hungary, in server rooms in Budapest.

2. What data we process, why, and for how long

2.1 Enquiries and requests for proposals

Data processed: name, email address, phone number, company name and job title, and any further information you choose to include in your message.

Purpose: answering your enquiry, preparing a proposal, taking steps prior to entering into a contract.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or — where no contract follows — our legitimate interest in maintaining business contact (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention: one year after the enquiry is closed; for proposals, one year after the offer expires. Where a contract is concluded, the data becomes part of the contractual processing and is kept for the retention period applicable to it.

2.2 Support portal (employees of contracted clients)

Data processed: name, work email address, the content of the ticket, details of the devices and systems concerned, and related correspondence.

Purpose: receiving reports, resolving incidents, documenting the service provided.

Legal basis: performance of the contract with the client (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); for the client's employees, our legitimate interest in performing that contract (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention: five years after the contract ends (the general limitation period for civil claims).

2.3 Server and security logs

Data processed: IP address, time of the request, the page requested, browser and operating system type, referring page.

Purpose: secure operation of the website, detection of malfunctions and abuse such as attack attempts.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention: web server logs are handled by the hosting provider (Versanus Kft.) for the period necessary to maintain service security and troubleshoot errors, in accordance with the provider’s retention rules.

3. Who has access to the data

Within Tredit-SOL Kft., access is limited to employees who need it for their work. In addition, we use the following processors:

We may disclose data to authorities or courts where required by law.

Transfers outside the EEA: Atlassian group companies outside the European Economic Area (in the United States and Australia) may also access data from the support portal, primarily for support and operational purposes. For these transfers Atlassian relies on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. Where any other provider processes data outside the EEA, we likewise rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses with supplementary safeguards.

4. Your rights

You may request

• access to the personal data we hold about you;
• rectification of inaccurate data;
• erasure of your data where the purpose has ceased or the processing is unlawful;
• restriction of processing;
• data portability (for automated processing based on consent or contract);
• and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Please send your request to info@tredit.hu or to our registered office. We answer within one month. If the request is complex, this period may be extended by two months; we will tell you within one month of receiving the request.

6. Data security

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access is granted on a need-to-know basis, and our systems are kept updated, backed up and logged. Our staff are bound by confidentiality obligations.

7. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling in connection with the website.

8. Changes to this notice

We review this notice from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, together with its effective date.
